Durch Gamification-Ans\u00e4tze (spielerische Anreicherung der Aufgaben) wird zus\u00e4tzliche Motivation geschaffen.<span id=\"a1gndgr4lth\" class=\"abt-citation noselect mceNonEditable\" data-reflist=\"[&quot;b4lc1l5k1&quot;]\" data-footnote=\"undefined\"><sup>1<\/sup><\/span> Die Kombination von interaktiver Projektion, Gestensteuerung, Emotions- bzw. Stresserkennung \u2013 unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung des Datenschutzes \u2013 sowie Handlungsorientierung und spielerischem Ansatz macht Lerninhalte tats\u00e4chlich \u201ebegreifbar\u201c. Entwickelt und erprobt wird das System in einem nutzerzentrierten Designprozess mit Auszubildenden bzw. Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern von betrieblichen Weiterbildungen, Studierenden der Elektrotechnik und Bewohnern von Pflegeeinrichtungen im Lernbereich Kochen.<\/p>\n<h3>Innovationen und Perspektiven<\/h3>\n<p>Das im Projekt geplante kontextbewusste System soll Personen wie ein pers\u00f6nlicher Coach beim Lernen begleiten und motivieren.<span id=\"a1fug9jk6fi\" class=\"abt-citation noselect mceNonEditable\" data-reflist=\"[&quot;as4dmi225&quot;]\" data-footnote=\"undefined\"><sup>2<\/sup><\/span> Indem es Lernenden die eigenst\u00e4ndige L\u00f6sung auch komplexer praktischer Aufgaben erm\u00f6glicht, leistet es einen Beitrag zur nachhaltigen Verbesserung der Aus- und Weiterbildung.
