In Zusammenarbeit mit den Projektpartnern <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.femos-zenit.de\/de\/\">Femos<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.femos-zenit.de\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> gGmbH<\/a><\/strong> und <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipa.fraunhofer.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Fraunhofer IPA<\/strong><\/a> entstand ein gamifiziertes Assistenzsystem, das mit Projektionen auf eine Tischoberfl\u00e4che Anleitungen zur Best\u00fcckung einer Leiterplatine gibt. In diesem R\u00fcckblick haben wir die wichtigsten Meilensteine zusammengefasst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Projektergebnisse open source<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unsere Erkenntnisse und Ergebnisse aus etlichen Studien und der intensiven Zusammenarbeit mit der neurodivergenten Nutzergruppe stehen ab sofort der \u00d6ffentlichkeit zur Verf\u00fcgung. Wir ver\u00f6ffentlichen <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/AffectiveCognitiveInstitute\/inclumove\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">den Source Code der Prototypen<\/a><\/strong> zur freien Verwendung und Weiterentwicklung. Immer wieder tauschte sich das ACI Team mit Menschen mit geistiger Behinderung aus, um herauszufinden, wie diese sich einen digitalen Lern- und Arbeitsplatz vorstellen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich zur Nutzer-Meinung gaben auch die Mitarbeiter:innen der Femos gGmbH wichtigen Input. Dieser und die Erkenntnisse aus dem <a href=\"https:\/\/aci.hs-offenburg.de\/de\/kobelu\/\"><strong>ACI Vorg\u00e4nger-Projekt Kobelu<\/strong><\/a> bildeten die Grundlage f\u00fcr die Entwicklung Gregor Gouda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein virtueller Assistent musste her. Dazu gab es viele Vorstellungen, aber auch Fragen: Spa\u00df soll er machen. Ein Roboter w\u00e4re cool! Oder doch lieber ein Mensch, da es bereits eine Identifikationsfigur in den Lehrvideos von Femos gibt? Lieber ein Kumpel Charakter oder soll er den strengen Lehrer verk\u00f6rpern? Schlie\u00dflich handelt es sich hier auch um eine Ausbildung und kein Spiel. Nutzende sollen sich motiviert und angenommen f\u00fchlen, aber gleichzeitig die Situation nicht zu spielerisch einsch\u00e4tzen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Viele verschiedene Grundbedingungen wurden an das Design des virtuellen Assistenten gestellt. Der virtuelle Assistent Gregor Gouda begleitet Nutzende durch das System und unterst\u00fctzt dabei bei jedem einzelnen Arbeitsschritt mit Video, Text und Bild. Zus\u00e4tzlich heben Pick-by-Light Elemente auf der Oberfl\u00e4che die ben\u00f6tigten Bauteile und die Best\u00fcckungspositionen hervor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/aci.hs-offenburg.de\/de\/eye-tracking-studie-fur-inclumove\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Auf Basis unserer Studien<\/strong><\/a> wurden die Erkl\u00e4rungen positiver und verst\u00e4ndlicher formuliert und zus\u00e4tzlich von einem Sprecher vertont. geistiger Behinderung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Wie motiviert man Arbeitende, neue Arbeitsschritte zu erlernen und ihre Leistung zu steigern? Gamification war bereits der Ansatz des <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aci.hs-offenburg.de\/de\/kobelu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Vorg\u00e4nger-Projekts Kobelu<\/a><\/strong>. Auch in incluMOVE bauten wir Belohnungselemente in die Gestaltung der Oberfl\u00e4che ein und orientierten uns dabei an den Ideen und Feedback der neurodivergenten Nutzergruppe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer interaktiven Studie befragten wir Nutzende, welche Gamification Elemente sie bevorzugen. Vor allem das gesprochene Lob stach hervor. Animationen sollten nicht zu schnell und verwirrend sein. Abzeichen k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr St\u00fcckzahl Meilensteine erworben werden, aber auch f\u00fcr besonders schnelles Arbeiten oder fehlerfreies Best\u00fccken einer Platine. Am Ende werden die Abzeichen in einem bunten Animationsfeuerwerk visualisiert. Je besser die individuelle Leistung, umso gewaltiger das Feuerwerk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eine \u00dcbersicht \u00fcber die eigene Leistung kann im Pausenscreen eingesehen werden und wird bei Abschluss im Detail angezeigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Iterative Entwicklung des Prototyps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Prototyp wurde durch mehrere Testsitzungen zusammen mit Nutzenden der Femos gGmbH stabiler, ausgereifter und adaptiver. Ein Editor Tool wurde eingef\u00fcgt, um den Bed\u00fcrfnissen der Menschen mit Behinderung flexibel entgegen kommen zu k\u00f6nnen. Jeweils zwei Stunden arbeiten Teilnehmende an incluMOVE und wurden nach ihrer Motivation befragt. Das Ergebnis: Neben positiven Feedback und gro\u00dfer Akzeptanz erh\u00f6hten alle Teilnehmer:innen ihre Leistung im Vergleich zur ersten Sitzung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Eine produktive Zeit mit guten Partnern<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unser Dank gilt unseren Projektpartnern <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.femos-zenit.de\/de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Femos gGmbH<\/a><\/strong> und <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ipa.fraunhofer.de\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Fraunhofer IPA<\/a><\/strong>.
