An educational science comic about social robots and their impact on our society.
Originally Kira wanted to hunt down bad guys in exciting chases and solve complicated murder mysteries. But her first case as young detective is the theft of a robot prototype out of a research institute. For that matter Kira needs to learn about social robots and dives deep into the world of science. To catch the thief, Kira interviews the developers of the robot and meets up with different groups of interests, such as anti-robot activists, who fear automation and job loss.
What seems to be overwhelming at start turns out to be an interesting field with many different aspects. What are Social Robots? What are the effects on society? And who has a motive of stealing a prototype robot?
